About Me

My name is Jordan Whiteside-Johnson, and I am a photographer and filmmaker from Brooklyn, NY.  From early on, film and photo have been a way for me to see the beauty in the world around me. Ever since I was in middle school with my Canon Rebel T3, I was taking pictures and videos wherever I could be. By the time I was in High School, I began practicing and studying film photography and documentary film. I continued my studies at the Rochester Institute of Technology, graduating with the mission and desire to capsulate my world and imagination through the work that I create, and I could only hope that others enjoy. Today, my work leans towards documentary and street portraiture.
